Executive of Events Company is looking for a replacement for their executive assistant.
Assistant will need to available to work with Dir of Operations on a day-to-day basis and keeping on top of customer service aspects as well such as answering online chats as events begin, assisting with ticketing setup, answering facebook and other messenger applications, and helping with promotions. Basic data entry and other administrative tasks will also be part of the workload. All training will be done by team.
When: Now until Jan 1st 8pm EST -Seven Days a week- Need to be accessible from 9am-3am EST;
Who: Hiring 1-3 people to assist from now until January 1st. Best team player will be awarded full-time position.
* Part-Time/Full-Time position available after New Years with full-service Event Company.
* Bonuses after event ends for everyone who performs well.
* Spanish language is plus
* Event management and Project Management experience a plus
* Executive Assistant experience a plus
* Google sheet, docs, and other google products a big plus.
* Must be able to respond promptly.
* Design work is a plus as well.
