I have got an excel workbook which I need to improve the usability of and allow me to work faster.
The workbook has two sheets within it that work together. One is a list of around 500 item which have a description, and then a set of data that goes with it. On another sheet I create receipts. On the sheet that I create the 'receipts' I currently have a drop down menu linked to the price list, which I choose the name and then the other sets of data automatically gets entered. This way of working is not the fastest, instead of a adrop down menu, I need to start typing and allow excel 'flash fill' the entries from the price list.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on how I can improve the usability of this workbook.
