Large scale transcribing of audio files to text

We're looking for an established company with experience in transcribing audio records from the UK. These audio records will contain names and addresses and will need to be validated using some sort of PAF look up validation software to ensure accurate addresses.
We're looking for a company that can transcribe at least 5000 records per week.
