All conversations with clients happen by phone or email, so you must be comfortable switching between warm calls and concise, error-free written messages. Responsiveness is essential; I strive for same-business-day replies. I currently track deals in a simple spreadsheet and will grant you remote desktop access to it along with my online calendar. If you already know common CRM or task-tracking tools, that’s a plus, and I’m open to adopting whatever platform you prefer as long as data stays organized and searchable.
