Have you ever imagined working from your comfort of your home? We are looking for candidates who are native French(with European French), with high level English to join our home based customer care and sales team.
• Taking inbound customer calls.
• Making outbound customer welcome calls if and when necessary
• Answering the online chat facility.
• Responding to support tickets.
• Resolving complaints.
• Taking customer orders.
• Following up missed payments.
• Arranging customer returns/replacements.
• To ensure all duties are carried out in line with Company processes and policies at all times.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions.
• Logging complaints (cases) and calls on the CRM system.
• Carry out other duties required by the [login to view URL] possible
- Native European French and high level English language knowledge
- Located in Paris or its agglomeration
- Sales/telemarketing experience is a must
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
- Precision of data entry
- Able to work minimum 20 hours a week
- Attend training: provided by Cloudagents and our partner

Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the help-desk agent's home)
- USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
- Computer or Laptop with Windows operating system and
- Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)
All trainings will be held in our Client's HQ in Paris
