Quickbooks and importing excel data

I have Quickbooks Online in FRENCH. My bank data is downloaded in a CSV that needs to be formatted for Quickbooks. I also have source data that is in PDF and needs to be converted into Excel and then imported into Quickbooks. I have tried to PDF file convert to XLS but the file ends up with corrupted data. I need this data to be imported into Quickbooks. French knowledge is helpful but not essential. The Quickbooks support desk do not assist in French so I use Google translate.
