Once I went to university wearing flip-flops and mismatched socks. The worst part was that one of the socks had a huge hole in it ? It all happened because the night before I fell asleep with my socks on and didn’t even notice they were different. That day I woke up super late, so I just washed my face, brushed my teeth, changed my clothes and ran out… but I forgot to change my socks and didn’t even check that I was wearing flip-flops. I was walking around like everything was normal until I started noticing people looking down and smiling. When I finally looked at my feet… I almost died of embarrassment. There I was: flip-flops, mismatched socks, and the hole waving at everyone. In the end I just laughed and said, “Well, today I came in survival mode.” Since that day, I learned that no matter how late you are… always check your feet before leaving the house ?
