We require a number of people to help with a record cleansing project. Work is to commence no later than Monday 15th October 20018. Project size initially is 20,000 records. If this sample is successful, the project will be ongoing.
We have an existing database of records that need to be checked for accuracy and topic suitability. For each record there are 7 fields that need to be checked for accuracy. The data involved is basic Name, Address and Contact information. You will be provided with all the information you need to complete this task successfully, including some criteria to help you to determine whether a record is suitable for the database or not.
The records you are checking have already been processed automatically in our system, checking for suitability based on minimum criteria of filters and keywords. You will be provided with access to the system where you can view these records and carry out your tasks.
Your role is to manually review each record for accuracy and suitability. You will be provided with the website URL for each record; using this you will need to add the email address into our [login to view URL] objective is to have this manual processing component processed as quickly and accurately as possible; and all of your decisions will be reviewed.
