I have 2 csv files, the first csv called df1 contain a column called 'Mispar_rehev' that exist only in this file. in the other file, there are a lot of values all over the file and i want to search for the values that exist in Mispar_rehev column in the second file called 'movil'. When the value is found i need to add the first 10 cells of the row and the next 3 cells from where the value was found to the corresponding row in the original file where the value that we searched for was taken from, i need to add it with the headers from the second file. When the program finished i need to save it into a new csv file called 'res'. The files contain cells with nan and also cells with Hebrew so the encoding and saving should consider it. The first file contain 123k rows and the second contains 14k rows. The program should be in python and can use pandas,numpy,csv libraries only, for any other library ask me if possible. There are files for example, the original dataset contain a lot more data so it should be running fast as possible.
