Text Database

I do not have PHP/MYSQL hosting and do not wish to switch. I need around 50 - 100 products putting into a text database. I have been told this is possible and have a quote for $50 so bids around there please. It will need to fit into a current design I have and look "a part" of it and I will provide all product information in word documents with a layout for how I wish each product to appear. I will provide URL on PMB if you need it and have attached a template for how I wish each product to appear.
I have been told that it is not too much of a lengthy job but I do not know how to do it :-)
