This is a cleanup of our company's contact list. The full contact list is attached. Please provide a sample of work for all the contacts of: California State University - Stanislaus. This will be a required sample in order to be awarded. We are looking for someone to go through the contact list, research, and complete the following: -- Active vs Inactive = Is the contact currently active at that institution? Mark "Y" for Yes and "N" for No. -- Updating incorrect information = If a contact is Active and needs a correction, update the information in the appropriate cell, then mark "Y" or "N" in the Columns L-N to show if you updated the title, phone, and/or email -- Duplicate = If the contact is a duplicate (meaning listed twice with the same information) and needs to be deleted from our list, mark "Y" for Yes. For any institution / college / university names that appear similar, please use the State information in Column D to help guide which school to research. This is a one-time job. Once awarded, this list will be organized into 5 to 7 stages and sent to you. At the completion of each stage, the list is sent back for us to verify accuracy. Total payment is made at the very end when all stages are completed. Project Completion Date by Dec 31st, 2019.
