URGENT - Build Database of Phone and Fax Numbers

Job Description:
We are looking for someone who will help us build a database of phone and fax numbers. In the Excel Document attached you can find a list of hospitals, the task consists in going on the website of every hospital in the list to find the General Phone number and Fax Number of the hospital. In total there are 787 lines (hospitals) in the table. If you are interested please send us the price you would charge for the full work (have to be delivered within 24h). Please send us a piece of the work asap (20 lines for ex) so that we can check accuracy of the work and that the formatting is correct!
GUIDELINES:
- Phone number should be included in Column F, Fax number should be included in Column G. Both columns should be in "Text" format
- The country code should be researched and added. ie in the file attached +43 is included in the number > Code for Austria
- To find the correct website you may need to add the word "hospital" or "clinic" in front of the hospitals names included in the excel file.
-You will see that some group of hospitals include many hospitals, please make sure you are adding the phone number/Fax of the correct hospital/location.
