Virtual assistant required 1-3 hrs per day x 5 days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday - AEST time STARTING AT 6pm AEST. Up to 15 hrs each week
Your main daily tasks will be entering Product SKU into orders and communicating with customers about order information. Keeping databases up to date along with other daily tasks via google sheets.
You will need previous experience with order management, Shipstation, Magento 1 and 2, eBay, Amazon and Customer Service (Zendesk/Freshdesk).
You should be trustworthy, experienced in the above with a good level of English.
