We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive freelancer to assist in updating MYOB AccountRight product prices and codes using wholesaler price lists. The role involves creating and formatting Excel CSV documents for seamless importing into MYOB and our website (handled by another team member). Key Responsibilities: Product Code Management: Develop an understanding of our internal item codes and their corresponding products. Apply logical reasoning when allocating or creating new codes. Data Matching & Accuracy: Utilize Excel formulas to match existing products with updated wholesaler sheets. Identify obsolete or missing products and take appropriate action. Create new product codes when required and deactivate outdated ones. Efficient Workflow & Communication: Adhere to project deadlines and work within the required time frames. Communicate effectively to clarify any uncertainties. CSV Preparation & Data Import: Convert and format Excel sheets into CSV files for importing into MYOB. Follow provided templates and past examples for consistency. Requirements: ✔ Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data management. ✔ Strong accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity. ✔ Experience with MYOB AccountRight is essential. ✔ Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and track time efficiently using our software. ✔ Fluent English communication skills to avoid language barriers within the team. ✔ Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
