Salesforce Admin expert needed by small customer managment group / call centre to finnalise [url removed, login to view] implementation.
It would be a requirement to be able to:
* Alter exisiting salesforce set up to allow for customer hieracrchy (i.e Dealership then brand of car then customer details)
* Alter to allow for model bridge i.e vehicle details attached to a customer record
* Set up security protocols
* Data loading and extracts
* Process set up
Esentially we will be looking for someone that is able to assist us in implementing car dealership and their customer data into Salesforce so we may run their customer managment via such thisngs as sales lead managment, telemarketing campaigns, EDM's etc.
