I have a list of 1000 US cities with their corresponding state names & state codes. For each city, I want to have 27 rows filled in excel. And there are 3 columns. For example, one of the cities is Bay Harbor in Florida (state code: FL). See the attached file how I have filled the cells for this city. The attached sample file also contains examples of some other cities like
North Bay Village, Florida
Kailua Kona, Hawaii
Coeur D Alene, Hawaii
South Everett, Washington
So you will have to fill the excel sheet for 1000 cities like this. Each city has 27 rows to be filled and there will be one line of crosses to separate each city from next city:
However, you can see most of the rows & columns are very similar so you can easily copy/paste most of this and use Find/Replace option. It's simple work for someone who knows Excel and especially how to use Find/Replace option smartly. If you can do this via a software, that is also fine with me.
