Hi, I need to set up a system for my business. Basically, i get asked to order goods from "Next" via the skype/email and then i order them online. Thats the first step, my next step is that i get a confirmation email from "Next" which shows what I've bought so then i forward the email to the customer who ordered them. I usually copy & paste the forwarded email into spreadsheet so that i can search it when i receive the item(s)(the example is in the attachment). however, this method is taking quite a lot of time out of my hand and i need something to speed up the process. When the item(s) arrives i check the number on the item and search it on the spreadsheet to see who it belongs to. I need someone to suggest me what i can buy (ex. scanner) and to programme the whole system! i also want some advice to speed up the process!
