I have a form that generates information from manager evaluations of roughly 30 employees in 7 departments. The data is entered into a spreadsheet by one of three managers. Each manager scores the employee department and scores for the employee in 4 categories and inters suggestions for improvement in text boxes. Currently i have one page with all the data listed I have been able to sort the information by employee but it is difficult due to the comments. What I would like is a summary report for each manager, department, employee, category evaluated, and total numbers. Can give data for samples if needed.
