Our organisation uses a browser based CRM and a time-sheeting applications. I need the data from both of these tools to be consolidated into weekly and ad-hoc reports. ~1day/week
1. The time sheet can report on utilization of a consultant between two dates. I want a graph of utilisation by month for each of mu consultants - on one graph.
2. check that time-sheets are up to date . Email the people who have not completed theres.
The reports we will work on together will be the same each week or month so there will be an ongoing requirement here.
Once I show you how to get the data it will be very easy.
I require expert excel skills here. Must be a good communicator and have good written skills.
An understanding of SAP will be advantageous.
