Arabic language search Letter repeat & position - tabulate PYTHON search results on excel sheets

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. Using python, i want ability to search for a specific letter of approx. 300,000 letters of Arabic alphabet (29 letters) in total 6236 sentences. The python program shall output a table of all occurrences of any letters, showing the word where the letter is mentioned , the position (count from the beginning of sentence) and also the "word" position (any word containing the letter i am searching for). I will provide .sqlite database file to use , of Total 6236 phrases of an average of 50 letters each. For this project i will send you two excel sheets for the search / table format i want to use for the results, and a second excel sheet with layout for ten or so specific letters i want to have a large table for all the details about them in all of the 6236 phrases. I need this completed in 1 day. Bid reasonably $30-$100 is what i am expecting to pay. Thanks.
