Hello! I am Poonam Sharma, I have Post Graduate from IGNOU. And also I have certified in Data Entry. I have five years experienced as a Data Entry cum Office Assistant. I am very fast learner for any type of jobs. I am honest, trustworthy and punctual. I can do any data entry work on time with accurately. I also hard working for my field. My last job responsibility in Excel for billing executive in VFS Global Pvt. Ltd. I can do MIS report with excel formula. In this billing profile can be done GST related queries in invoices, instead of i can do billing entries in SAP Software. So I can do any Data Entry jobs. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Preparing and sorting documents for data entry. Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. Proven experience as data entry clerk. Fast typing skills. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools. Basic understanding of databases .Five years of experience with spreadsheets MS Office Word, Excel etc. Attention to detail Knowledge of grammar and punctuation Ability to work to time constraints. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Update existing data work. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Type in data provided directly from customers. Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
