Extract Data from Telegram Messages into a Spreadsheet and parse

We are looking to extract data from a series of messages in a telegram channel and move the contents of those messages into a formatted excel spreadsheet. Each telegram message comes in the following format:
AREA
LOCATION
PRICE
etc can give all the fields and channel details later.
We would like each message translated into a row on a spread sheet with each Column using the labels supplied, so that the final spreadsheet would take the message above and format it like in the example i can share later.
This should be a fairly simple job for someone that is familiar with data scraping and/or Telegram.
