I have been in the Service and Technological Industry for 9 years. My experience includes both office-based and home-based jobs.
For my office-based career, I’ve worked as a Microsoft Sales and Billing Agent for 1 year and got promoted as a Microsoft Sales Manager that lasted for an additional 4 years. My job as a manager includes Team Management, Administrative Reporting, Metrics and Team Strategic Planning, Client Communications, Level 2 Escalation Support for Logistics and Order Fulfillment, Tool and Process Advisor and other Managerial Tasks.
For my home-based career, I’ve been in the industry for 4 years and counting. I initially worked as an Executive Assistant for a US Sporting Company, Website Manager and Developer for a US Online Merchant, Payroll Manager and Chief Administrator for an Australian Labour Hire Company.
I also have an intensive experience as an E-Commerce Personnel esp. for starters of Online Stores such as;
· Facebook Marketplace – Product Researcher, Product Lister, Account Manager and Order Fulfillment and Logistics
· Ebay - Product Researcher, Product Lister, Account Manager and Order Fulfillment and Logistics
· Amazon – Lead Generation, Product Researcher, Product Lister and Order Fulfillment and Manager. I have used multiple tools such as Online Arbitrage, SellerAmp, SellerAssist, Keepa , Helium10 and JungleScout.
