I need a databse developed in MS Access (version 2000 or higher)that will store information (small news articles with pictures, etc.), which can be retreived by users by using keywords. This database will be small (7-10 categories of information).
Must have a visualy pleasant user interface (image, colors, etc.)
Must make use of relationship tables to ensure optimization.
Data must be searchable, using keywords, and if a keyword occurs in two different articles, then the query must display results for both articles.
Data entry accomplished by customized interface, not just by the table view.
Data entry and database maintenance features must not be accessible to users (need some form of security/admin features).
Users must be able to print the information in some standard format.
Simple help text should be made available to the user of this database for functions that might not be self-explanatory.
Some documentation needs to be provided to me so I can understand how it works, and I will require some form of "tech support" should something go wrong with the product.
There might be a few more requirements which might be necessary, but have not presented themselves yet, but I'm willing to negotiate if needed.
