Rate Calculator Web Based Product

We need a web based product finder. It will work with an existing website that already has guidelines and product finder. The current website has many sub product finders but it does not have one over all product finder. We are looking to see if we can design a web based interphase to do product search. It can be a data base with a search function. The search function will be based on parameters we input. Please do not post general bids. Ask the information you need to put a bid.
