I need a single, integrated Excel-based dashboard that gives my HR team real-time insight into three core areas: employee attendance, performance metrics, and payroll management. All data currently lives in a mix of internal HR software, scattered Excel files, and a few third-party apps, so the first step will be to set up stable connections or import routines that refresh automatically without manual intervention. For visual clarity, I’m looking for a clean layout that blends traditional graphs and charts with interactive pivot tables and heat maps.
