Oil Tank Volume VBA Dashboard

I need an expert Excel VBA developer to create a specific 4-sheet calculation system based on my ship's calibration tables. Here is the exact structure and requirements for the 4 sheets: 1. Sheet "DAILY_READINGS_LO" (Lubricating Oil Inputs): - Dedicated input dashboard to enter soundings/values ONLY for Lubricating Oil (LO) Tanks. - CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: For LO tanks that DO NOT have calibration tables in the PDF, you must create a dedicated manual input cell so I can type the volume directly. 2. Sheet "DAILY_READINGS_MISC" (Miscellaneous Tanks Inputs): - Dedicated input dashboard to enter soundings/values ONLY for Miscellaneous Tanks (excluding Ballast). 3. Sheet "CALCULATIONS_LO" (LO Calculations & Visuals): - Performs automated calculations ONLY for Lubricating Oil (LO) Tanks. - MATHEMATICS: VBA code must perform Linear Interpolation using calibration tables based on Soundings, fully incorporating Trim and Heel corrections. - DYNAMIC VISUAL GAUGING: Includes virtual tanks (stylized cell blocks) showing filling percentage. The color must dynamically change based on volume % (Green -> Yellow -> Red) and display the exact capacity %. 4.
