I am running SysAid Free Help Desk version 9.0.53. There are two work order entries in status "new" that appear in the database that I cannot delete from the user interface. The error is "Record does not exist. Unfortunately there is no service record with that number." The database appears to be Apache Derby - 10.5.3.0, and appears to consist of multiple .dat files.
Qualified freelancer will be familiar with the structure of the SysAid Server database (you can download and install the free version to get familiar with it) and will be able to remove the two false record entries while leaving the rest of the data intact.
I will supply the database files as required by the freelancer, and after removing the entries, the freelancer will send the modified files back to me with instructions on how to restore them. I believe it will be a simple matter of copy and replace the existing database directory. I expect the freelancer to test and confirm this, though.
