So before touching anything I would spend the first part of this getting to know how your HRMS is put together, then make changes in a copy you can try out before they go anywhere near the live system. For this first block of work: - Go through the existing code and database and send you a short note on how it is structured - Set up a safe copy of the system so changes can be tested before going live - Deliver a first agreed set of changes, whether that is new forms, reports or workflow tweaks - Fix the bugs you are already aware of - Check who can see what, so staff records only reach the people meant to see them INR 12,000 for that first block, delivered in 10 days.
