Hi, is this on a VPS with console/rescue mode access from your host, or bare metal where I'd need physical/IPMI access to boot a rescue ISO? Sounds like either a corrupted filesystem, bad grub config, or a failing disk is stopping the boot. First thing I'd do is boot into a rescue environment and mount your drives read-only so nothing gets overwritten while I diagnose. Then I'll run fsck and check disk health with smartctl, pull your MySQL data directory and any site files off to a safe location, and try to repair the boot (grub reinstall or fstab fix) if the drive itself is healthy.
