1. A website where a person can go and scroll through listing (Restaurants)from a database. 2. The database would be entered by my staff 3. Each listing would appear on one line in the scroll, the scroll would be similar to Amazon. 4. Each line would contain fields: LOGO, NAME, AREA, CUISINE, LOCATION, MENU, ORDER ONLINE, PHONE NUMBER, RESERVATIONS AND A CHECK BOS FOR “BECOME A FAN” 5. The fields 2,3,4 a person can sort and filter 6. The rest of the fields except LOGO AND “BECOME A FAN” would link DIRECTLY to the venue’s website (if they have one) field. Reservations would link to the venues reservations app in their website. Locations, Menu, order online, phone, the same, if the venue has those abilities. These fields will accrue click charges, once venue is onboarded 7. Each restaurant will have a database page and dashboard for onboarded venues. One version will be for the restaurant to use, once they onboard, to update their information and create online coupons and promotions to be sent to their fans, see current fees and number of fans. 8. Second version will be for our administration to track onboarding, click traffic charges and emails sent. Admin can update as well basic information as well and if they have onboarded. 9. Restaurants can schedule 12 months of promotions in advance on their dash board. 10. Onboarding will mean the ability to access their dashboard, create promotions for us to send to send to their fans, approve of sending fees and click charges, see how many fans they have, eventully show how many redeemed promotions. 11. Fans will not receive more than 1-2 simple promotional emails a month, from each restaurant they select. Selections limited to 20 for now. 12. Promotions will last each month for one month and expire the last day of each month 13. Admin may provide templates for those emails 14. Restaurants eventuly, will be able to onboard themselves, but in the beginning, admin and sales will have to onboard venues. 15. Venues will not have direct access to their fan list. 16. Admin will send the promotions, via a 3rd party application. 17. Venue database will have to include a venue number to match them to their fans selection. 18. The websites basic function will be to list ALL Venues in one place (LIKE yellow pages of years gone by) to become a fan by clicking Box, and to link to venues website to certain fields, user can easily access the venues website functionality. 19. Fans who select “become a Fan” will be directed to enter their email and phone number, then be directed to a fan page/portal dashboard where they will select up to 20 venues 20. This fan page will be their portal/dashboard they can log onto using their email = user name and password= phone number no dashes or spaces. 21. The portal will all fan to filter their selected restaurants and update their selections. 22. The fan will be encouraged to put their coupons in their wallets for easy use. (I’m not sure if coupon design has to modified to do this. 23. Venue portal and fan portal will need ability to find lost user name and password Note: I plan on scaling to other business types. These databases could get very large. Though fields in the database will be kept to minimum Must be very user friendly Will need Domain and hosting, branding, logo idea, accounting system eventully.
