This particular job is a first step of our project called ONEFORM (further I will call it just "ONE")
ONEFORM is an intelligent, universal questionnaire. Once you enter your information, Onepage will fill out all the necessary forms. All you have to do is print it out and sign it.
ONEFORM is designed for people who are going to or who are already in Germany for work, study, au-pairs, internships and family reunification.
For ONEFORM (ONE) I wish the majority of the code is working "inside" database (PostgreSQL or SQLite, no other databases please). About this approach please read this small article: [login to view URL]
HOW IT WORKS:
The user opens the address [login to view URL] , which is called FORM.
The questionnaire fields are of the following types:
- box-name - Name field: for first and last name (automatically filled in capital letters)
- box - Standard field: letters, numbers, symbols (up to 150 characters). For example birthplace, address, etc.
box-check - Checkbox: for checkboxes. usually only one choice from several fields in the same section is possible.
box-date - Date: format is DD.MM.YYYY.
box-note - Note: letters, numbers, symbols (up to 500 characters). If the user wants to add something of himself.
Incorrect filling of the form
If there are some fields, which are obligatory, then the system does not allow to complete the process, highlighting the fields in red while user wants to save the inserted data;
If the field is not filled in correctly, the system gives a text explanation, e.g: "Only + and numbers are allowed" or "Wrong date format. Correct format: [login to view URL]" or "Required accuracy - month, year".
Correct fill-out of the form.
After all fields of the form are completed, the system suggests generating a printable PDF that you can send to your email.
After clicking on the "Create PDF" button (for ex.: §81a Berlin Anlage 1" and "§81a Berlin Anlage 2"), a link appears with the name of the form. Or a list of links if there are multiple forms. Under the link(s) is an explanation: "The PDF will open in a new tab. You will be able to print or save to your computer/mobile device.
STEP #1: Adjust the existing page [login to view URL] for inserting client data
STEP #2: Adjust the page [login to view URL] for creating of PDF from HTML according the 3 images on that page.
STEP #3: Create an extra folder ONE on my storage on vultr.com. Create the functionality of naming the folder for each client.
There will be 4 different types folders with personal Data:
a) Client - CLI (person who emigrates to Germany);
b) Spouse - SPOUSE;
c) Child - KID. Up to 3 children (in one of next jobs more children will be added);
d) Employer - EMP
STEP #4: for this particular job only 2 folders on Vultr needed: CLI and EMP. Create them.
STEP #5: Coordinate my first data insertion so that it will be storaged on Vultr.
STEP #6: Enable two different buttons: create "§81a Berlin Anlage 1" and "§81a Berlin Anlage 2" PDF.
STEP #7: Enable creating of downloadable PDF by clicking on these both buttons.
As far as the above listed steps are completed and those both PDF documents can be created, your job for this particular task is done.
Further Versions will be as extra payed jobs.
