I need good help for my project. I made embedded board with ATMEGA128A to control air conditioner and also make a monitoring program with delphi to control and to monitor 18 sets of air conditioners with embedded boards. The air conditioners are installed at the each top of elevators. I have two kinds of problems. 1) When I read adc to get the temperature, the adc value is varied, not steady. 2) There are lots of noises in pits of elevators and I had to use two straight lines for communication, not twisted pair wires. So, I use powerline communication chips to connect embedded boards with pc. But there are many communication errors now. I will provide the schematic, pcb layout, firmware, monitoring program which are made by me. I want someone to solve these problems.
