Combined CT Design & Docs

I need a detailed engineering package for a resin-cast current transformer that serves both measuring and protective functions and will see primary currents well above 1 kA. I will provide the key performance requirements (accuracy class, burden, insulation level, temperature rise limits, mounting envelope, terminal layout and any applicable IEC/ANSI clauses); you turn those into a complete design ready for manufacture and testing. Scope • Electrical design: core selection, turns calculation, knee-point voltage, saturation curves, thermal limits, short-circuit withstand, insulation coordination. • Mechanical layout: resin casting geometry, terminal arrangement, mounting hardware, clearances/creepage, name-plate data. • Documentation: calculation sheets, 2D/3D CAD drawings, bill of materials, process notes for winding and casting, routine/type test plan and acceptance criteria. Deliverables will be accepted once the calculation set matches the stated accuracy & protection classes, the drawings are dimensionally consistent, and the test plan aligns with the cited standards. I am ready to answer questions quickly and can review interim milestones so we can iterate efficiently toward a final, production-ready file set.
