Creative Designer needed for Wine Consultant Print Material

I'm Bryan and I own/operate Dionysos Consulting, a wine industry based consulting company located in Napa Valley focused on getting wineries to a higher caliber of operation and quality. I've worn tired of consultants bullshitting clients into wasting money so I'm here to cut through the myths and give people full transparency how to inspire their teams and give a better experience to their clientele. What i need done will be brand consistency across a few pieces which will be for print. These include: Invitations for high end wine dinners around the US (template which can be edited by myself to adjust dates, dinner hosts, and locations) Dinner Menus (double sided) with food and wine pairings (template which can be edited by myself to adjust food courses, wine pairings, dinner hosts) Order forms (double sided) where i can list the wines and wineries i am representing at each dinner. (template which can be edited by myself to adjust wine offerings for each dinner, and place the logo of each brand being represented) Business card redesign (i currently have one but would like the branding style to mirror across the board). I have ideas in mind but truly am searching for a designer who values their own creativity to make these items look elegant and classic while being fun and eye-catching. I have logo files and images to work with and collaborate on.
