Location: Bilbao, Spain (**FOR SPAIN LOCALS ONLY**)
1) Smart hand Support
2) Software: MS Office suite, general business applications used by various users or departments.
3) Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers or any end user equipment
4) End user computing, break-fix
5) Testing internet or intranet connections, collecting logs or events
6) Complex or level-2 or 3 technical issues should be guided and supported by remote technical teams.
