Skill Requirement: Certified Engineer (preferably SDWN17)
Task: The spare parts will be dispatched by customer support to the closest center of the customer location. The estimated time of arrival will be available once dispatched. Its the engineer's responsibility to collect the parts from the center to customer's location. Upon arrival at the customer site, the engineer will install and test the replacement part. The engineer needs to verify the repair is complete with the customer and return the defective parts to the same location from where they are collected.
