✍️I can copy paste the knot to make the knot bigger and leave the tie where it is to cover the gap so the tie looks thicker and snugger. I understand the importance of the more precise you are while doing this the better like portrait photo adjustments. I have worked on similar portrait photos where I moved the whole tie up about an inch. So I know the it will look like you have two ties on. My approach would involve use the pen tool or select and mask the Tie in Photoshop. I would cut the whole tie out move it out a bit to the top then use Clone Stamp to repeat the missing neck tie below. I would select and make new layer wrap transform then arrange as you wish on the tie. How tight against the collar should the tie sit on these portrait photos? Best, Kurt.
