Digital Microbiology Drawing for Medical Study

I'm seeking a freelancer who can create a simple, yet effective, digital drawing for my medical studies. This drawing will serve as a study reference, specifically focusing on the microbiological aspects of bacterial structures. I want to form one big scene including all the photos I’ve sent to you, they will represent a bacterium - staphylococcus aureus. the bacteria will be represented as shiny exeggcute, each head(egg) will represent the toxin that it has: One egg with the letter A drills a hole in the ground(creating pores) One with the letter B- trying to break a pokeball (there is a crack on it because it destroy the membrane), the pokeball as well is showing its coagulase positive One with the letter D- is eating red berries(because it hurts the RBC) One with the letter G- is eating white berries(hurting white blood cells) And one that is basically two smaller eggs because it split into two(exofaultive toxin) one is EA and one is EB they both tear a poster off a wall or with their hands doesn’t really matter (on the poster there is a musclar hand with peanut butter and salt) On each egg I want to have the letters I mention on them I want as well to have just smiley green balls(cocco gram positive) I want that there is a tree with a heart curved in it And in the background masterball(that show it is able to catalase) In the background as well there is man with implant on his leg and little exeggcute are attacking the implant(biofilm)
