We are preparing to run our first live tech webinar as the gateway to enrolling students into our paid AWS courses. The webinar is free to attend and designed to build trust, demonstrate our instructors' expertise, and convert attendees into paying students on the spot. What we need from you We are looking for a skilled performance marketer with demonstrated experience running paid digital campaigns in the EdTech space. Your primary goal is to drive maximum qualified registrations for our webinar through targeted, cost-efficient paid campaigns — then support the post-webinar conversion push to turn attendees into enrolled paid students. This is a short-term paid pilot assignment. Exceptional results will lead to an ongoing engagement with a higher retainer and performance bonus structure. Target audience Who we want in the webinar Working IT professionals and fresh graduates in India interested in AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner, DevOps Engineer). They are actively job-seeking, looking for salary growth, or preparing for a cloud career switch. Age 21–35. Primary cities: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Mumbai. Secondary: Tier-2 tech cities. Your deliverables ✓ Campaign strategy document: platform selection rationale, audience targeting plan, and budget allocation across channels (submit before any spend begins) ✓ 3–5 ad creatives (static banners + copy) optimised per platform for webinar registration ✓ Campaign setup and live management across at least 2 platforms (must include Google Search or Meta; LinkedIn preferred as a third channel) ✓ Landing page copy or optimisation recommendations for the webinar registration page ✓ Daily performance check-ins for first 5 days; weekly report with CPL, CTR, ROAS breakdown ✓ Post-webinar retargeting campaign targeting attendees who did not convert to paid enrolment Ad spend is released in weekly top-ups. We retain access to all ad accounts at all times. All creatives, copy, and audience data produced belong to our Org.
