We're Hiring: Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling authentic Swedish candy to customers across the Middle East. As we scale our operations, we're looking for a talented and results-driven Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist to join our team. The Situation We'll be honest — our current ads are not performing where they need to be. Our campaigns on Meta and TikTok are underdelivering, and we need someone who can come in, diagnose what's going wrong, and turn things around. This is not a maintenance role — we need a specialist who can take ownership, make meaningful changes, and drive real results. About the Role You will audit, rebuild, and optimize our paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, with a clear focus on driving profitable growth. Your primary mission is to achieve and maintain a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 4x or above. Responsibilities • Audit existing campaigns and identify what's holding performance back • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns • Conduct audience research and targeting tailored to Middle Eastern markets • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to maximize performance • Monitor key metrics daily and make data-driven decisions to hit ROAS targets • Report on campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights • Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices What We're Looking For • Proven, verifiable results from previous Meta and TikTok ad campaigns — we will ask for case studies, screenshots, or references • A track record of turning underperforming ad accounts around • Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising and conversion optimization • Experience targeting audiences in the Middle East is a strong plus • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and improving • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results Important: We only consider candidates who can demonstrate proven results.
