Gestisco un server FiveM in piena crescita e il mio obiettivo prioritario è aumentare in modo costante e misurabile la base di giocatori attivi. Finora non ho mai avviato alcuna attività promozionale strutturata, quindi parto da zero: serve un piano chiaro, sostenibile e orientato ai risultati. Mi interessa un professionista che sappia: • Disegnare una strategia di acquisizione incentrata su campagne pubblicitarie online, collaborazioni con influencer di riferimento e un programma di referral efficace. • Stimare tempi, costi e KPI di ogni canale per permettermi di allocare il budget in modo mirato. • Impostare e, se necessario, gestire le prime campagne (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok o piattaforme simili) ottimizzando creatività e target affinché portino giocatori realmente interessati al role-play. • Selezionare e negoziare con gli influencer più adatti al pubblico GTA/FiveM, definendo deliverable chiari (stream, video recap, contenuti social). • Progettare un referral program semplice da comunicare e da tracciare, integrato con Discord e con eventuali script in-game. Deliverable attesi: - Documento strategico con analisi di mercato, pubblico e competitor. - Calendario operativo di almeno 4 settimane con attività, stima costi e metriche di successo. - Creatività di esempio (banner statico o breve video) per la prima campagna. - Report di avanzamento a fine primo mese, con dati concreti su traffico, iscrizioni e retention. Cerco qualcuno che abbia già lanciato server gaming, MMO o community online simili, che conosca bene le dinamiche di Discord e dei social dove si radunano i giocatori.
