You’ll log into Discord during your agreed shift, pick up tickets as they arrive, and walk users through the exact steps they need. When an issue goes beyond first-line support, you’ll document what you’ve tried and hand it off neatly so the next tech can pick up without backtracking. Deliverables I’ll measure: • Timely, clear ticket replies that resolve normal configuration or install issues on first contact. • Concise internal notes for anything escalated. • A short entry in our shared knowledge base whenever you discover a repeatable fix that isn’t documented yet. This is hands-on work; you should already be comfortable with Spigot, Paper, and typical plugin/mod commands, plus basic Linux shell and FTP/SFTP tools.
