DNS Troubleshooting - repost

We have an account setup with Storm on Demand (liquidweb) We have a domain dedicated to the main hosting account. I'm certain that our dns is not set up properly. We experience mail issues, ftp does not work, along with other issues... fantastico wordpress install does not work. We will give full access to our hosting (liquidweb), whm, cpanels, and domain registrars. We just need someone to go in and make sure it is set up properly. We also would like mx records checked and fixed for one domain in particular. We had it on google apps and then transitioned off of it to be managed by cpanel. Still, some of our mail gets routed to google apps for some reason?? The maximum bid I will consider for the project is $75
