My workforce has fallen below the mandatory ESIC threshold, so I now have to shut down our ESIC registration entirely. I’m comfortable dealing with the submission and any follow-ups myself; what I need from you is clear, accurate documentation preparation that will let the regional ESIC office approve the closure on the first pass. Scope of work • Identify every form, affidavit, and supporting paper required for an ESIC closure triggered by low head-count. • Populate those documents with the company’s details, ensuring figures and dates line up with our previous monthly contribution filings. • Flag any additional evidence (board resolution, employee count statement, last contribution proof, etc.) I should attach so that the file is considered complete. Acceptance criteria • All ESIC-prescribed closure forms filled in and delivered to me in editable and PDF formats. • A short step-by-step note explaining where each document must be signed, stamped, or uploaded. • No missing attachments as per the ESIC checklist for “employee count below threshold”. Familiarity with ESIC rules, recent circulars, and common pitfalls is essential—I’m looking for precision over speed, but I would like the full set of papers ready within one week of awarding.

Hi there, We will prepare the ESIC closure documentation set for low head-count closure, including the required forms, affidavit, and supporting enclosures, then align the details against your monthly contribution filings so the package is internally consistent. Our deliverables will include editable source files, PDF copies, and a short note showing where each form must be signed, stamped, and attached, with a checklist for the employee-count-below-threshold closure file. One point to confirm is the last contribution month and whether you already have a board resolution or authorization note, as those items affect the final enclosure list. We will keep the scope limited to documentation preparation and compliance-oriented drafting. Best Regards, 8veer

Hi, I'd be glad to prepare this for you. I'll research the current ESIC requirements for a closure triggered by head-count falling below the threshold, identify every prescribed form, affidavit and supporting paper, and deliver them filled in with your company's details in both editable Word and PDF, with figures and dates aligned to your previous monthly contribution filings. You'll also get a clear checklist of attachments to include (board resolution, employee-count statement, last contribution proof, etc.) and a short step-by-step note showing where each document must be signed, stamped or uploaded, so the file is complete against the ESIC checklist. To work accurately I'll base everything on the latest official ESIC forms and circulars, and I'd ask you to confirm the final set against your records before submission. To start, could you share your ESIC code, registered company details, recent monthly contribution filings, and the current employee count with the date it dropped below the threshold? I can deliver the full set within one week of awarding.

You cannot close your ESIC registration once you have coverage, even after your headcount falls below 10. The only exceptions are a) if you are shutting down your business entirely & b) you are providing benefits that are of a similar value as the ESI scheme. I can point out the exact provisions & official information if you connect. Regards
