This assignment centres on physically monitoring a designated outdoor public area for a brief, pre-set block of hours. The task is purely observational—no covert recording equipment or audio capture is required—just a steady presence, keen situational awareness, and clear incident documentation. The location is fully outdoors and open to the public, so weather-appropriate clothing and a discreet, professional demeanour are essential. During the shift you will take notes on crowd flow, unusual behaviour, and any safety or security concerns that arise. Should an incident occur, you’ll act only as a witness: note the time, describe what happened in writing, and capture a quick, unobtrusive photo when safe and legally permissible. Deliverables at the end of the shift: • A concise, timestamped observation log (Word, PDF, or similar) • Supporting photos for any notable incidents Payment releases once I review the log and confirm everything matches the agreed monitoring window.
