Tamil Nadu Obsidian Workflow Setup

I want to turn our scattered process documents into a clean, Obsidian-based knowledge hub. The vault must capture every standard operating procedure and workflow we run, then let the whole team collaborate smoothly. Core objectives • Documenting processes and workflows in a way that is easy to update and audit • Supporting real-time editing, task assignments, and version control without pushing users toward complex command-line tools • Mixing a clear folder hierarchy with a flexible tag system so content is findable by role, project, or topic Scope of work You will architect the Obsidian vault, recommend and configure the right community plugins for live collaboration, tasks, and Git-style change tracking, refine our folder / tag taxonomy, and build starter templates for common documents. A brief hand-off guide explaining the setup is essential so my in-house team can keep it running. Deliverables - Obsidian vault configured with hybrid folder-tag architecture - Live collaboration, task, and version-control plugins installed and tested - At least three reusable templates (SOP, workflow diagram note, meeting record) - Setup & maintenance guide (Markdown or PDF) Acceptance is based on a demo session where the vault supports simultaneous edits from two users, logs changes reliably, and surfaces documents through both the folder path and tag search. I’m looking for someone already working from Tamil Nadu so we can align on language, context, and—if needed—meet for a quick workshop.
