I already have a web-based EHR written in .NET that stalled before launch. The core workflows are in place, yet three areas still block us from going live: • Bug fixing (top priority): the current build shows several UI/UX inconsistencies, a handful of security gaps around authentication/authorization, and broken FHIR calls that return empty payloads or 500 errors. • FHIR integration: the R4 endpoints exist but half of the resources are unmapped and the conformance statement fails validation. . I need someone who has shipped an EHR or similar health-tech product, is comfortable working in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and knows the HL7 FHIR spec inside out. Familiarity with ONC certification criteria—USCDI data classes, SMART on FHIR launch, etc.—will make your life easier but isn’t mandatory. Deliverables I expect: 1. All critical bugs resolved with notes on what changed and why. 2. A fully functional FHIR layer that passes online validators and unit tests. 3. A finished QCM that lets staff create, publish, and score surveys from the UI. 4. A short hand-off document plus recorded demo showing the above in action. I’ll provide the private repo, current backlog, and sample data on acceptance. Let’s wrap this project so we can push to production without surprises.

Hi there, I’ve shipped health-tech apps with .NET, ASP.NET Core, EF, and HL7 FHIR, so I know what it takes to move an EHR to live. I’ll tackle your top blockers first: fix UI/UX inconsistencies, close authentication/authorization gaps, and repair FHIR calls that return empty payloads or 500 errors. For FHIR, I’ll complete R4 resource mappings, fix the conformance statement, and ensure the layer passes online validators and unit tests. I’ll also deliver a finished QCM UI so staff can create, publish, and score surveys, plus a concise hand-off document and a recorded demo showing the changes in action. My plan: review your backlog in a controlled branch, reproduce bugs, add targeted tests, and implement robust fixes. Then finish the FHIR integration with full resource mapping, proper validation, and SMART on FHIR readiness. I’ll document every change with notes on why and how, and provide the hand-off package and demo. I’ll align the work with your acceptance data and private repo. Next steps: I can start now and aim for a baseline fix and FHIR pass within 5-7 days, followed by the QCM completion and hand-off within the next 2-3 days after feedback. What CI/CD setup and test validators do you want me to use (SMART on FHIR, USCDI mapping, conformance tests), and is ONC criteria in scope for this project? Best regards,

Hello! Getting a stalled EHR safely over the finish line is very familiar territory for me, especially where .NET, security hardening, and FHIR compliance intersect. Your priorities are clear, and they map cleanly to a focused stabilization and completion phase rather than a rewrite. How I’d approach this 1) Bug fixing & security (highest priority) • Resolve UI/UX inconsistencies with minimal disruption to existing workflows • Audit auth flows (roles, claims, token handling) and close authorization gaps • Harden API endpoints and data access paths • Document each fix with rationale and impact 2) FHIR R4 integration • Complete resource mappings (Patient, Observation, Encounter, etc.) • Fix failing endpoints returning 500/empty payloads • Repair CapabilityStatement so it passes official FHIR validators • Add unit/integration tests around FHIR contracts 3) QCM completion • Finalize survey creation, publishing, and scoring from the UI • Ensure role-based access and data integrity • Validate end-to-end flow with sample clinical data Deliverables • All critical bugs closed and documented • Validator-passing FHIR layer with tests • Fully functional QCM module • Hand-off notes + recorded demo Once I review the repo and backlog, I can give a precise timeline, but this is a very achievable wrap-up project rather than an open-ended one. Best regards, Jasmin

Hi I can help you bring your .NET-based EHR to launch by stabilizing the codebase, fixing high-impact bugs, and completing the FHIR R4 integration so the system passes external validators and behaves predictably in production. The main technical challenge is cleaning up authentication/authorization gaps, resolving UI/UX inconsistencies, and repairing broken FHIR endpoints where resources are unmapped or returning 500s. I’ll address this by reviewing your controllers, EF models, and FHIR serializers, mapping all required R4 resources, and ensuring the conformance statement validates correctly. Your QCM module will be completed so staff can create, publish, and score surveys directly through the UI with full persistence and auditability. All changes will be documented with clear commit notes, and I’ll provide a recorded demo plus a concise hand-off guide for your internal team. I have experience shipping health-tech products built on ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and FHIR (R4), including similar workflows for clinical systems. Thanks, Hercules

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am an experienced health-tech engineer with a strong track record delivering EHR-like systems using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework. I’ve led projects where architectural decisions, security hardening, and solid UI/UX fixes were essential to reach production-ready status, and I’ve worked deeply with HL7 FHIR specs, R4 mappings, and conformance validations to ensure interoperability. In past engagements I’ve built and refined FHIR layers end-to-end, mapped resources, and implemented robust validation and unit tests so endpoints return correct payloads and durable errors are avoided. I’ve also delivered secure authentication/authorization patterns and streamlined data flows to support ONC-like criteria where needed, along with clear documentation and test coverage. I can handle the work end-to-end: fix critical bugs with documented changes, finish a fully functional FHIR layer that passes validators and tests, deliver a QCM system for staff surveys, and provide a concise hand-off and demo record. I will keep you aligned on progress and ensure a smooth production push. Best regards, Billy Bryan

We can move forward by fixing the critical bugs first, adding proper comments, and if needed, I can handle this refactoring for the important parts of the system. We can write unit tests so that future changes are easily detected. Then we can move on to building financial reports, and by writing optimized queries and designing read-only tables specifically for reporting, we can improve performance and efficiency. I have extensive experience in bug fixing and working with financial systems

Hello there, I’ve taken stalled health-tech platforms over the finish line before, including EHR-adjacent systems with FHIR R4 and strict security requirements. Your situation is familiar: solid core workflows, but blocked by bugs, incomplete interoperability, and a feature that never quite landed. Here’s how I’d approach this: First, a focused stabilization pass. I’ll triage and resolve the UI/UX inconsistencies, close authentication/authorization gaps, and trace the broken FHIR calls end-to-end (controller → service → EF → payload) so empty responses and 500s are eliminated with clear root-cause notes. Next, I’ll complete and harden the FHIR R4 layer. That includes mapping missing resources, fixing profiles, and ensuring the conformance statement validates cleanly against online validators. I’ll add targeted unit tests so regressions don’t sneak back in. For the QCM module, I’ll finish the workflow end-to-end: staff can create, publish, assign, and score questionnaires directly from the UI, with results persisted and auditable. Deliverables & timeline: • Week 1: Bug triage, security fixes, broken FHIR endpoints stabilized • Week 2: Full FHIR resource mapping, validator-clean conformance statement, tests • Week 3: QCM completion, UI polish, final QA, hand-off doc + recorded demo You’ll get a production-ready build, clear change notes, and no surprises at launch. Once you share repo access and backlog, I can start immediately.
