Having worked in the creative field for over 8 years, I understand the importance of working efficiently to meet deadlines. My experience extends to event settings, where I've had to employ my talents under strict timelines while maintaining attention to detail—this is precisely what your project requires! Additionally, my portfolio features diverse examples of my work that you can peruse to gauge my style and capabilities. Hello there! Would you like each guest portrait to be completed from the reference photo while they are attending the event, or would you prefer the artists to work from the photos in a separate drawing area so the finished plates can be handed out as guests leave? For 270 guests over a 2–3 hour event, I can help organize an efficient on-site portrait workflow using a small team of artists, with each artist assigned a manageable number of guests and a consistent simple line-drawing or Matisse-inspired style so the plates remain artistic while being completed quickly. I’ll establish a streamlined process for receiving the guest image, transferring the key facial features into a recognizable portrait, and completing each plate with clean, confident lines while allowing enough artistic interpretation to make every piece feel personal and unique. The workflow can be arranged so artists work continuously throughout the event and completed plates are organized for easy distribution at the exit, minimizing bottlenecks and ensuring the majority of guests receive their artwork as a surprise takeaway. I would recommend approximately **4–6 artists**, depending on the desired level of detail and whether portraits are drawn during the event or from pre-collected photographs, and I can help establish a consistent visual style and production pace before the event begins. Please feel free to message me so we can discuss the project in more detail. Best regards, Damien Bartlett.

Hello, Your dinner and art event sounds like a unique way to engage guests with personalized art. Ensuring that all 270 guests receive their portraits in a short timeframe will require effective coordination. How do you envision managing the flow of guests while artists are sketching? It may be beneficial to have multiple artists working simultaneously to stay on schedule. I have experience working in event settings, where I created quick sketches for attendees, ensuring each piece reflected the guest's personality. My approach involves engaging with guests during the process, which adds to their overall experience. I am comfortable working with portable drawing tools and can adapt my style to fit the Matisse-inspired theme you mentioned.
