I have had solicitations from any number of people who want to clear broken links, etc., on an ongoing basis. I am not interested in that approach. Clearly, however, the site is old and needs to be updated to be more user friendly, especially with regard to mobile devices.
I have had any number of unsolicited emails from people seeking to radically re-do the site and monitor on a monthly basis
